At Sweets Kendamas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unplayed condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
